MxM News, a Florida-based technology startup, announced today the release of its first product, a mobile application focused on news curation and aggregation. The MxM News app is now available in the app stores for Apple and Android mobile devices and tablets.

MxM News promises to deliver “mainstream news without mainstream bias.” The name “MxM” (pronounced em-ex-em) was inspired by the “minute by minute” nature of the modern news environment and the company’s intention to deliver a steady feed of curated content and “Push Notifications” to mobile devices, keeping users informed at home and on-the-go.

The company was founded by international businessman and political figure, Donald Trump, Jr., and entrepreneur and media strategist, Taylor Budowich.

“As I travel around the country, the complaint I hear more than almost anything else is that people don’t know what media outlets, journalists, or stories they can actually trust,” said Donald Trump, Jr. “ We created the MxM News app to help people cut through that clutter and get trustworthy news and information about topics that matter and impact their lives. We view it as an important public service and also believe it will be a great business.”

Mr. Budowich added that, “The team we’ve brought together is uniquely positioned to create this product and bring it to market. There is significant demand, we’ve built a strong initial product, and we have unrivaled organic marketing capacity. That combination of factors gives us a strong chance at success and we plan to continue to grow and iterate from there.”

Telegraph Creative, whose CEO is former White House aide and Deputy Director of National Intelligence Cliff Sims, is an equity partner. Telegraph created the branding for MxM News and designed and developed the mobile app. Telegraph will serve as the in-house technology, branding and marketing partner for MxM.

MxM News will be available for download in both Apple and Android app stores.
